Apparel

No Jeans! Workout and dance clothes are acceptable.

yoga pants/capris/shorts, sweat pants, t-shirts/tank tops, bodysuit, tights *Please no baggy clothes! This does not allow the instructor to see your movements and correct them properly. Loose fitting is okay, comfortable fit is also okay, more form fitting is preferable.

No jewelry. This can cause injuries to the students, for example big hoops and get ripped out or caught causing injury. *Earring studs are okay.

Please keep hair pulled back out of the face, up or down is okay as long as not hanging in your eyes.
